An introductory race to the longer Ultra Tihio distances — a stepping stone toward the X-Ultra 170km. The only mountain race starting from Delphi, following an ancient route that once connected Doris (and regions such as Nafpaktia and Western Greece) to the 'Navel of the Earth'. Semi-autonomous race philosophy. 4 aid stations (food, water, electrolytes): STAN 1 Ag. Efthymia km 17; STAN 2 Vraila km 38.5; STAN 3 Trikorfra summit km 55 (1,530m); STAN 4 Potidaneia km 60.5 (in front of taverna Melokidros). Route: Delphi – Sernikaki – Ag. Efthymia – Vounichora – Malandrino – Vraila – Trikorfra (1,530m) – Potidaneia – Palioxari – Teichio. Lowest point: olive grove at 40m. Most technical section: km 31–32 (unstable terrain, steep descent).
