Age requirement: born before 2006. Qualification: two mountain races over 100km or two ultra road races over 130km completed in 2023–2025. Awards: top 3 men and top 3 women. Semi-autonomous race philosophy. 5 aid stations (food, water, electrolytes, 2 with drop bags): STAN 1 Viniani km 27; STAN 2 Polydrosothe km 60; STAN 3 Defner Shelter km 85.5 (1,800m); STAN 4 Ag. Efthymia km 119; STAN 5 Vraila km 141. Mandatory gear: waterproof/windproof jacket, 2 headlamps with spare batteries, emergency blanket, elastic bandage and 2 gauze pads, emergency whistle, min. 1,000 kcal food, charged mobile phone (number declared at registration). Gear checked at bib pickup and at a random point on the course – missing any item results in disqualification. Additional gear (gloves, hat, long tights or waterproof trousers) may be required based on weather conditions.
