Mixed men's/women's/youth Aquathlon (swim-run, no bike leg), part of the "Tripletri" event day organized by the Ionas Association for People with Disabilities under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Sports and in cooperation with OAKA management. Athletes 16 and over: swim 250m, run 1.2km, repeated 3 times in sequence (total 750m swim / 3.6km run). Young athletes under 16 who join this mixed race compete over a shorter format: swim 70m, run 600m, repeated 2 times. Categories and results may be split by number of entrants. Awards for the top 3 men and top 3 women overall, plus two age categories (16-44 and 45-59/60+ combined); the top 3 overall men/women are excluded from age-category awards. Mandatory medical certificate from a pathologist or cardiologist. Ambulance coverage by Iatriko Athinon; venue security by Argos Security. Race pack pickup: Saturday, October 17, 16:00-20:00, and Sunday, October 18, 07:30-12:00, at the venue. All proceeds support the Ionas Association's therapeutic water-exercise programs for children and people with disabilities.
