Routes split at km 6.6 (Plalistra) – the 20km takes the eastern dirt road then rejoins the main route. 4 aid stations (water, isotonic drinks, soft drinks, gels, fruit, nuts, snacks): STAN 1 Plalistra km 6.6 (+472m cumulative); STAN 2 Dasos Thetron (~km 13, below Dasos Thetron hotel); STAN 3 Palioxari village (~km 16); STAN 4 Teichio village (~km 18). Race package includes: technical briefing the day before, bib number, electronic chip timing, finisher medal, post-race meal, commemorative T-shirt, and medical services during and after the race.
