Designed for beginner trail runners — minimal technical trail, mostly forest roads through oak woodland. Start and finish at the amphitheatre in Teichio. 2 aid stations (water, isotonic drinks, soft drinks, gels, fruit, nuts): STAN 1 ~km 4.4 (forest road junction); STAN 2 Teichio village km 7.8. Race package includes: technical briefing the day before, bib number, electronic chip timing, finisher medal, post-race meal, commemorative T-shirt, and medical services during and after the race. Route: Teichio – forest road climb – STAN 1 – descent to Teichio – Teichio amphitheatre.
