The shortest of the three timed races and the most accessible introduction to the trails of Kissavos, starting and finishing at the central square of Agia like the rest of the event. The route follows forest paths through fir, beech, oak and chestnut woodland, past natural springs, mountain villages, village squares and small chapels; in previous editions this course was gentle enough to also be run or walked by hikers. Roughly 16,900 hectares on the north-eastern side of Kissavos are designated an Aesthetic Forest, one of only 19 in Greece, and the area is included in the European Natura 2000 network as a site of outstanding natural beauty. The official announcement with the confirmed route, age limits and registration details is expected shortly.
