'To monopati tis Agias Koris' (The path of Agia Kori), dedicated to the memory of Agia Kori. Starts and finishes at Agioi Apostoloi, 4km west of Vrontou village on the road toward Agia Kori. Moderate difficulty: about 5km trail and 1km asphalt; altitude range 280-630m. The first kilometre descends 180 concrete steps to the Agia Kori holy spring (lowest point, 260m), passes the green waterfalls, then climbs to the Tzavali spring and the Triporto junction (580m) before an easy forest descent to the finish. Open to men and women aged 13+ (ages 13-18 need a parent escort and a signed waiver); no participant limit. 1 water station around km3 at Triporto. Bib pickup on race day, Sunday 4 October, 07:30-08:45 at the start. Awards for the 6km at 12:00 at the EOS Vrontous grounds.
