Apostoloi - Agia Triada (380m) - Alonopoulo (550m) - Ntramala (700m) - Krevatia refuge (1010m) - Katranaria (850m) - Papa Rema (800m) - Palavos (750m) - Spilies (580m) - Ag. Apostoloi. About 12.5km on trails and 500m asphalt; altitude range 320-1010m. Minimum age 18. 2 aid stations: km5 Krevatia (1010m) and km8 Papa Rema (800m). No mandatory equipment; a hydration bottle with belt is recommended. Bib pickup on race day, Sunday 4 October, 07:30-08:45 at the start. Awards for the 13km at 12:30 at the EOS Vrontous grounds. Prizes for the top three men and women and for age categories (18-49, 50-59, 60+); finisher medals for all.
