Apostoloi - Krevatia (1000m) - Papa Rema (800m) - Papa Aloni (1000m) - Malaka (1050m) - Mastorouli spring (900m) - Tzavali spring (580m) - Agia Kori (300m) - Ag. Apostoloi. About 18km on trails, 1.5km forest road and 1.5km asphalt; altitude range 320-1200m. Minimum age 18. The race counts toward the ITRA mountain race evaluation system. 4 aid stations: km5 Krevatia (1000m), km9 Papa Rema (800m), km14 Mastorouli (1000m), km17 Triporto (600m). No mandatory equipment; a hydration bottle with belt is recommended. Bib pickup on race day, Sunday 4 October, 07:30-08:30 at the start. Awards for the 21km at 13:00 at the EOS Vrontous grounds. Cash prizes for the overall winners (1st EUR 300, 2nd EUR 200, 3rd EUR 100), finisher medals for all, plus prizes for the top three men and women and for age categories (18-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+).
