Start outside Polygyros near the courthouse at the ring road; specifically at Church of Agios Nektarios on road to Taxiarchis. Start time 09:30. Registration 07:30-08:30 at start area. Single aid station at 5.2km with water, electrolytes, bananas, salty foods. Route highlights: spectacular views of Chalkidiki's three peninsulas and Mount Athos. Last 2km shared with other races. Includes: bandana, memorial medal. Showers available after race. Post-race meal: pasta (Mellisa).
