Start outside Polygyros near the courthouse at the ring road; specifically at Church of Agios Nektarios on road to Taxiarchis. Registration 07:30-08:30 at start area. Aid stations (3 total) at 5km (CUTOFF 1:20), 11km, and 16km with water, electrolytes, bananas, salty foods. Extra water-only aid station at 10km (steep section ahead). Last 2km shared with other races. Includes: technical shirt, memorial medal. Showers available at football stadium. Post-race meal: pasta (Mellisa). Award ceremony 13:00 (top 3 men/women overall, top 3 men/women in age categories 18-44, 45-60, 60+; minimum 3 athletes per category to award; overall winners also eligible for age category awards; all finishers get medals).
