10.8km out-and-back run starting 19:30 Saturday from Stoupa Beach. Route goes via the bicycle path through Agios Nikolaos to Pantazi Beach, with turnaround point at 5.4km. Volunteers and water every 500m; full aid stations with water and isotonic at turnaround point. Age requirement: 12+ years (parental consent required) and adults. No time limit. Electronic timing. Top 3 women and top 3 men awarded, plus age category and special awards. All finishers receive commemorative medal engraved with name and finishing time. Includes: race bib, electronic timing, technical t-shirt, local products, finisher medal. Swimmers may also register separately for running races on the same day.
