Aquathlon individual race Sunday 10:00 combining run-swim-run. Route: 1,000m run (small loop around Stoupa village) → 500m clockwise triangular swim → 1,000m run (same loop). Transition zone between legs; swimming cap and triathlon belt provided and mandatory. Electronic timing. Top 3 women and top 3 men awarded. All finishers receive commemorative medal engraved with name and finishing time. Special commemorative gift for all participating fathers (Father's Day).
