Two distances with common start at Stoupa Beach. 5.4km: out-and-back along the coast road, turnaround mat at 2.7km (location 'Katergo'). 10.8km: out-and-back via the cycle path through Agios Nikolaos to 'Pantazi' beach, turnaround mat at 5.4km. Volunteers and water every 500m; full aid stations with water and isotonic at both turnaround points. Open to age 12+ (parental consent required) and adults. Top 3 women and top 3 men per distance awarded, plus age category and special awards. All finishers receive a commemorative medal engraved with name and finishing time. Includes: race bib, electronic timing, technical t-shirt, local products, finisher medal. Participants in a Saturday swim race may also register separately for a running race on the same day.
