Start/finish at the central square of Nea Kios (Dimarchou Katrilioti Square), open to the youngest participants aged 4-7. Runs before the adult races so the crowd can cheer on the little ones. No trophies are awarded - all children receive a medal regardless of placing. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's participation.
