11th edition of the memorial run marking 103 years since the Asia Minor Catastrophe. Start/finish at the central square of Nea Kios (Dimarchou Katrilioti Square). Course covers 8km on a dirt path along the Erasinos river, then 3km on asphalt along the Argolic Gulf coastal road; nearly flat throughout. Cutoff time: 2 hours. Aid stations at km 5, km 8 and the finish, with water. Age category awards (men: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+; women: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+); trophies for the top 3 overall and category winners, medals for 2nd/3rd in each category. All finishers receive a medal, diploma and technical race t-shirt. Only runners 18 and older may take part; entries close Tuesday, September 8 at 20:00 or once the 200-participant cap is reached, whichever comes first - no race-day registration. Bib and chip pickup: Friday, September 11, 18:00-20:00 at the old Nea Kios Town Hall, or race day until 17:45. Electronic timing with results posted on race-results sites.
