Timing: Electronic. Registration: participants must check in at the registration desk one hour before the start to confirm entry and collect their bib; bibs are given out until 30 minutes before the start. Start and finish at Eleftherias Square, next to Kryoneri beach. Route: along the harbor front, up the old town's historic steps past the Venetian Fortress, down to Valtos beach, then through trails, olive groves and forest paths to Anthousa Castle before returning to Eleftherias Square. Elevation gain: +500m. Open to men and women aged 16+. Age categories: ≤39, 39-49, 50-59, 60+. Awards: cups for the top 3 overall finishers; cup for 1st place (men/women) in the 39-49 category with medals for 2nd/3rd; cup for 1st place (men/women) in the 50-59 category with medals for 2nd/3rd; cup for 1st place (men/women) in the 60+ category. All other finishers receive a commemorative medal and t-shirt. A separate free children's race is also held, with a medal for every finisher (no t-shirt). Part of Parga Race 2026, dedicated to the memory of Olympic athlete Angelos Fetsis, who competed at the 1896 Athens Olympics and is historically linked to Parga.
