Registration: participants must check in at the registration desk one hour before the start to confirm entry and collect their bib; bibs are given out until 30 minutes before the start. Start and finish at Eleftherias Square, next to Kryoneri beach. Swim leg heads out to Panagia islet, includes a short run across the islet, then a loop of the islet by sea (650m total); from the transition area, the run leg follows the Elaionas Trail (5km) on Agia Eleni hill. Individual format. Open to athletes aged 16+. Awards: cups for the top 3 overall finishers. All finishers receive a commemorative medal and t-shirt. Part of Parga Race 2026, dedicated to the memory of Olympic athlete Angelos Fetsis, who competed at the 1896 Athens Olympics and is historically linked to Parga.
