Timing: Electronic. Registration: teams must check in at the registration desk one hour before the start to confirm entry and collect their bib; bibs are given out until 30 minutes before the start. Start at Kryoneri beach, Eleftherias Square. Swim leg heads out to Panagia islet, includes a short run across the islet, then a loop of the islet by sea (650m total), followed by a 5km run leg on the Elaionas Trail, Agia Eleni hill. Team relay format - one member swims, the other runs. Part of Parga Race 2026, dedicated to the memory of Olympic athlete Angelos Fetsis, who competed at the 1896 Athens Olympics and is historically linked to Parga.
