No participation criteria required. Actual route length is approximately 10.5km. Loop starting at the square of Palios Panteleimonas, through the village's cobbled streets and a short steep technical climb to Profitis Ilias with views over Olympus and the Pieria coast, then forest trail to the Vardakas hut aid station (K4, water and coca-cola). Forest road descent for the next 3km, then back up the same ascent trail with a short detour past the Agios Athanasios chapel to finish on the village square. All climbing is in the first half of the route, average gradient 10-15%. Includes: finisher gift, medal, electronic timing, water stations. Schedule: bib pickup Fri 30/10 18:00-19:30 at the Palios Panteleimonas cultural centre, technical briefing 19:30-20:00, pasta party 20:00-21:30; bib pickup Sat 31/10 08:00-09:40; awards 15:00; event closes 19:00.
