Part of the 5th Sterea Run. Flat, renewed route certified by AIMS and World Athletics, run mainly through the streets of Amfissa, starting and finishing at Isaias Square. Ages 14+ (born 2012 or earlier); under-18s take part under parental responsibility. Age categories - Men: 18-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. Women: 18-39, 40-49, 50+. Water station at km 3; water, isotonic drinks and bananas at start and finish. Includes technical t-shirt, electronic chip timing, race bib, finisher medal, refreshments during and after the race, and sponsor gifts. Trophies and medals for the top 3 men and women overall and the top 3 in each age category (overall winners are excluded from age categories). Awards ceremony at 20:00. Group rate applies to groups of 5 or more (registered separately on RaceID, 67 places). Race pack and timing chip pickup at the Amfissa Cultural Centre (Isaias Square): Saturday 10/10, 09:00-14:00 and 17:00-21:00, and Sunday 11/10 until one hour before the half marathon start. On-site registration is accepted during those hours while t-shirts and chips last. Electronic timing by FITRACE. Supervised bag storage, toilets and changing rooms at the Amfissa Cultural Centre.
