Point-to-point course from Plateia Iroon in Neochori to Louro Beach on the Ionian coast. The flat route follows the Acheloos river through Katohi village, crossing an environmentally protected wetland — part of the Messolonghi–Aetoliko lagoon, renowned for its birdlife — before reaching the 17km-long Louro Beach. Post-race Beach Party at the finish. Return transport to Neochori by organizer buses. Aid stations every 2.5km. Time limit: 3h30. Maximum 200 participants. Minimum age 18. Age categories: 18–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+. Trophies for top 3 men and women overall and per age category. Medals for all finishers. Optional race t-shirt (€6).
