Entirely on asphalt roads through the town of Goumenissa. One aid station at the Holy Monastery of Panagia Goumenissas (2.3km from the start). Minimum age 18 (ages 13-17 with signed parental consent at secretariat). Age categories — Men/Women: 18-39, 40-59, 60+. Finishers receive a commemorative medal and technical t-shirt. Awards: top 3 men and women overall; 1st man and woman per age category (not already awarded overall). BIB pickup: race day Saturday 5 September 2026, 14:30-17:45 at Δημαρχείο Γουμένισσας.
