Important Information
Mixed trail (6.17km) and road (4.17km) course.
Trail section passes through the scenic 'Dyo Potamia' area along the Seirios river, with wooden bridges, riverside paths, and through the Mikro Ktima Titou vineyard.
Two aid stations: at the 4.5km turnaround near the shooting range in 'Dyo Potamia', and at the Holy Monastery of Panagia Goumenissas (7.4km).
Minimum age 18 (ages 16-17 with signed parental consent at secretariat).
Age categories — Men/Women: 18-39, 40-59, 60+.
Finishers receive a commemorative medal and technical t-shirt.
Awards: top 3 men and women overall; 1st man and woman per age category (not already awarded overall).
BIB pickup: race day Saturday 5 September 2026, 14:30-17:45 at Δημαρχείο Γουμένισσας.
