7th edition of the Goritsa Trail, organized by the Volos Health Runners Association together with the Region of Thessaly, under the auspices of EOSLMA-Y. Start/finish is at the foothills of Goritsa hill, next to the Volos EAK stadium, swimming pool, shooting range and scout facilities. The route's first aid station, at 5.2km, is shared with the 24km race. Total course cutoff is 2 hours 15 minutes. Eco-friendly race: no plastic bottles on course - runners must bring their own flask/bottle to refill at aid stations. Safety is covered by EKAB, including a motorcycle for rapid response, and the Special Forces Club of Magnesia. Bib pickup: Saturday, November 28, 17:00-18:30 at the start area, and race day until 09:30 at the start area.
