The event is dedicated to the memory of Rodoula Spetsotaki. Start and finish are on Samaraki & Gaziou street, in front of the Cultural Association offices in the Agios Ioannis suburb of Heraklion. The loop runs along Polymnias, Elateias, Armonias and Samaraki streets back to the finish on Gaziou street. Open to primary school boys and girls, with a guardian's consent form; adults who simply want to walk the route are also welcome. Aid stations and volunteers along the route. Medals, mementos and diplomas for the first 3 boys and the first 3 girls of the general classification, and a finisher's medal for everyone. All entrants receive a dry-fit T-shirt, a bag, a cap and a race bib. Race pack pickup: Saturday 10 October 2026, 10:00-13:00 and 17:00-20:00, at the Cultural Association offices (Tantalou & Gaziou), by the guardian for under-18s. The T-shirt size declared on the entry form is final and cannot be changed. A recent medical check-up and the guardian's declaration on the entry form are required.
