Start from Charaki village square. Distance: 12.1km, elevation gain: 428m. Time limit: 3 hours. The first 3km follow the same route as the Marathon, featuring demanding technical terrain and continuous uphill sections. From there, enter a forest road running through the fir forest of Mount Ainos. After approximately 2.5km, turn right and join the final section of the Marathon course. Pass through the ancient site of Tsakarisiano, continue along the old trail crossing challenging technical terrain to Pyrgi. Complete a loop around the village then head to the finish line.
