No plastic bottles at aid stations; bring your own water vessel. Transport from finish (Vathy) to start provided; place belongings in race bag with bib number visible. Bib pickup: Sat 21/11 15:00–19:30 and Sun 22/11 07:30–09:30 at Loutropolos Methana near the start. Awards: cups to top 3 men and women overall and by age group (U29, 30–39, 40–49, 50+; min. 3 per category). Electronic timing by Chronolog with live results and individual SMS.
