Ages 16-18 may participate only with a guardian declaration; otherwise 18+.
Aid stations at 2.5km and the summit; the course is marked with ribbons/paint/signs and staying on course is mandatory.
Mandatory gear: visible bib and trail shoes; recommended windproof jacket and poles; pacers/external support not allowed.
