Important Information

Out-and-back flat asphalt route along Pamvotis Lake. IAAF/AIMS certified. 4 water stations at 2.5, 5, 7.5km and finish. Prize money: €200/€150/€100 for top 3 men and women. Age categories: adults (up to 39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+); juniors: middle school (born 2012-2014), high school (born 2009-2011). Minimum age: 12 years (minors require written parental consent at bib pickup).
