Closed-to-traffic road course starting/finishing at Almyros central square, turning back shortly after the river. Electronic chip timing with a checkpoint at the turnaround. Open to men and women aged 18 and up. Capped at 80 entries; registration opens August 25, 2026 and closes Sunday, September 27, 2026 or when the cap is reached. Entry fee is payable by bank transfer to Alpha Bank within 3 days of registering, after which unpaid entries are cancelled; a €3 surcharge applies for transfers from other banks, and Almyros/Volos-based participants may pay cash at a location to be announced. 3 aid stations; runners may carry their own nutrition. Includes technical t-shirt and engraved medal for all finishers. Trophies for the top 3 men and women overall. A doctor, ambulance and 4x4 support vehicles at each aid station provide on-course medical coverage; only a GPS watch and mobile phone are permitted, with disqualification for external or motorized assistance, missing a checkpoint, or an unmodified/hidden bib. A guarded personal-items check is available at the central square. Cancellations for a refund accepted up to September 22, 2026. Protests must be filed in person by the athlete within 30 minutes of finishing.
