Start and finish at the central square of Nea Trapezounta. Route: mostly asphalt with some gravel. First 2.5km downhill, then steep climb toward Sevasti (km 2.5–3.2), flat/downhill with Olympus views toward Korino and Kato Agios Ioannis (km 3.2–6.7), short steep 250m climb before entering Kato Agios Ioannis, downhill/flat to km 8.8, then continuous 1.2km uphill to finish. Water stations at km 3.2 and km 7.7. Manual timing (not electronic). Age limit: 18+ (under 18 not permitted). No age categories. On-site registration only, closes 15 minutes before start. Traditional award: last finisher receives medal from the winner. Awards ceremony at 19:00 at the central square, followed by a Pontic folk celebration. Medical coverage by Red Cross volunteers.
