Route: Krokees – Faros (Alaimei) – Krokees, out-and-back course. The outward leg is almost entirely downhill; the return is almost entirely uphill. Turnaround at km 2.5 with water and isotonic drinks. All finishers receive a commemorative t-shirt and medal. Awards: top 3 men and women (18+), top 3 boys and girls finishing from each Gymnasium year, top 3 boys and girls finishing from each Lyceum year. Minimum age: 11 years; minors must present written guardian consent.
