Loop route starting and finishing at Voutsaras village. Terrain: soft dirt trails, ancient cobblestone paths with short sections on forest/farm roads. Mostly shaded. 4 aid stations with water, seasonal fruits and soft drinks at one station. Minimum age: 15 years (under 18 require parental declaration via gov.gr). Top 3 per age category receive trophies. Also second leg of the Challenge option (40km + 22km back-to-back, €50 combined). Red Cross Ioannina medical coverage.
