A mostly off-road (86% dirt track) trail loop from Vasiliki square towards Pacheia Ammos, climbing above the village and continuing south toward Ierapetra before turning back near Episkopi and ascending west past the Kazarma fortress hill (highest point 202m), then descending around Vasiliki, briefly following the paved Vasiliki-Pacheia Ammos road at the 4.5km mark, re-entering dirt track around Pacheia Ammos, crossing the iron bridge near the northern road axis, and following the riverbed track back to the finish in Vasiliki square. Aid stations at 2km, 4km, 6km and 8km. Open to participants aged 16 and over. Cutoff time: 1 hour 25 minutes. Age-group awards for men and women (18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+) plus overall top three men and women (age-group winners not counted among overall winners). All finishers receive a medal. Race secretariat at Vasiliki square opens one hour before the event, from 17:30 (bib and timing chip collection required). Results published at atpro.gr and vasiliki-village.gr.
