Run: 1 lap on the lakeside dirt path through green trees. Non-drafting race (12m gap required); overtaking max 20 sec. Cut-off times: swim 0:50h, swim+bike 3:00h. Minimum age: 18. Age groups: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70+. Overall winner (M/F) excluded from age group. Awards at 12:00. Part of WTL – Triathlon League.
