Minimum age 16 years. Flat course on asphalt, suitable for beginners and experienced athletes. Individual and relay (2–3 person teams) categories available; relay has Women Only and General Classification sub-categories. Age group awards every 5 years (minimum 5 participants per category; smaller categories merge with the next age group). Awards ceremony immediately after race finish. Registration may close early if capacity is reached; late registration and waiting list available if sold out. Area is approximately 2 hours from Athens; early accommodation booking recommended due to high demand that weekend. Documentation – Individual: EOT athlete card or health card + Day Pass; Relay: 1 Day Pass per team plus health cards for all athletes.
