14.6km mountain-city trail run combining city streets with forest trail on Mount Tsoukalas. Total elevation gain: +557m. 9.7km on smooth forest trail without technical difficulties and 5km asphalt. Age requirement: 15 years and above. Minors aged 15-18 require parental consent. Time limit: 2 hours 10 minutes. Race includes electronic timing, technical t-shirt, 3 refreshment stations (at 4km, 9km, 12km), water and isotonic drinks at finish, banana and snacks. All finishers receive commemorative medal.
