Point-to-point 5K course. Start at the Platanakia turn; finish at Panorama Stadium. Open to men and women of all ages, and secondary school students (Gymnasium and Lyceum) with a signed parental/guardian declaration. SEGAS-registered athletes must present their athletic identity card and health card. Route follows the second half of the 10K course: Platanakia → Komninom → Venizelou → Papadopoulou → continuing along the 10K route to Panorama Stadium. Roads closed by traffic police from 10:00. Kilometre markers on the road surface. Aid stations with water; isotonic drinks, bananas and halva at the finish. Medical team and first aid stations provided. Time limit: 50 minutes. Changing rooms and showers available at the finish. Awards ceremony for the under-18 category held separately by the Municipality of Pilea-Hortiatis.
