Free entry, organised by the Municipality of Oropos in co-organisation with the Region of Attica. Out-and-back route along the coastal road from Oropos harbour toward Agioi Apostoloi, turning at 5km and returning by the same road. Open to runners aged 18+ who take part at their own risk and are advised to have had a recent medical check-up. Electronic chip timing (single-use, non-returnable) with an intermediate checkpoint along the course. Aid stations are placed along the full route. Every finisher receives a medal, and cups go to the top 3 men and top 3 women overall, plus age-category awards for the youngest and oldest finisher and a prize for the team with the most participants. Electronic finisher diplomas become available a few days after official results are published. Bib pickup: Fri 9 Oct 11:00-18:00 and Sat 10 Oct 11:00-18:00 at Oropos Town Hall, Fri 9 Oct 17:00-20:00 at the ASICS store in Kifisia, or Sat 10 Oct 11:00-15:00 at the ASICS store in Glyfada; runners travelling from afar may collect on race day only by prior arrangement with the organising committee.
