Welcome Pack pickup at Δημοτικός Πολυχώρος "Γαλαξίας", Κεντρική Πλατεία Νέας Σμύρνης: Tue 02/06 12:00–14:00 & 18:00–21:00, Wed-Thu 03-04/06 10:00–14:00 & 18:00–21:00, Fri 05/06 10:00–16:00; venue remains open 18:00–22:00 on race day for questions and bag storage. Welcome Pack includes race T-shirt, professional timing chip, and bib number. Awards ceremony follows the race, with cups for top finishers in categories Girls 12–18, Boys 12–18, Women 18+, Men 18+. All finishers receive a commemorative medal, banana, water, free photo access via the municipality website, and an electronic participation certificate. Street events along the route include step aerobics, dance performances, and Kangoo Jumps; live music along the course and a concert/party after awards.
