Start: Botanical Garden of Neochori on Lake Plastiras shore (08:00). Mixed course with +2400m elevation gain: 5km flat, 5km trail climb (+700m), 1.5km asphalt (+100m), then trails via Fylakti river and village to Prophet Elias church, alpine section to Kazarma lookout (full aid station), then descent to refuge and Neochori; finish back at the start. Awards at 13:30.
