Start: Botanical Garden of Neochori on Lake Plastiras shore (10:00).
Mixed course with +1150m elevation gain: 5km flat, 5km trail climb (+700m), 2.5km asphalt (+150m), dirt road climb to Templa summit (+250m, highest point 1808m), then technical descent to the refuge and return via Neochori to the start/finish.
Awards at 13:30.
