Route: Troodos Square → Olympus peak (3.5km, 1st checkpoint) → Atalante trail → Kannoures trail → Ayios Nikolaos (14.5km) → 2nd refuelling station at 19km (3hr cut-off) → Mnimata ton Piskopon trail → Almyrolivado (28.5km, 3rd water station) → Giant Aoratos tree → Troodos Square at 31km (4th station, 6hr cut-off) → Pouziari trail → Platres (37.7km, 5th station) → Kalidonia trail → Troodos Square.
