Point-to-point road race within the municipalities of Amfilochia and Agrafa, from Avlakiou Bridge to the new Templa Bridge along Lake Kremasta, passing through Neo Argyri. Fully paved (asphalt) course. 4 aid stations every 2.7km. Age requirement: born 2011 or earlier (15 years and above); minors need written parental/guardian consent. Men's and women's age categories: up to 34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+. A recent medical/cardiology check-up is recommended (no medical certificate required); participants take part at their own risk.
