Route: starts at Konitsa's main square (620m), descends to the stone bridge over the Aoos river (450m), then climbs the historic path to Stomiou Monastery (780m, checkpoint), before returning along the Aoos riverside past the Agia Varvara chapel back to the square. Age-category awards (Men/Women 40-49 and 50+) are gift vouchers from the 'White Soul' store in Konitsa; overall top-3 finishers are not awarded again in their age category. Overall prizes: 1st EUR300, 2nd EUR200, 3rd EUR150 (men and women). Includes race photos, finisher medal, participation t-shirt, aid stations, and medical coverage/first aid by the Hellenic Red Cross Samaritan volunteers. No medical certificate is required; participation is at each runner's own responsibility. Same day, at 07:00, the 'Tour of Smolikas' cycling race (130km, +3,350m) also starts and finishes at Konitsa's main square. Prize draws for all participants after each race.
