Gentle course suitable for all ages, starting and finishing at Konitsa's main square. Single general category, with awards for the top three men and women; all finishers receive a participation medal. Medical coverage and first aid by the Hellenic Red Cross Samaritan volunteers; no medical certificate is required and participation is at each runner's own responsibility. Held alongside the 14km mountain trail run, the children's 1km race 'Oi Mikroi Protagonistes' (up to age 12), and the 'Tour of Smolikas' cycling race (130km) on the same day.
