Race bib pickup: Saturday 3/10 at TSIANICAS OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, Patras (9:00–14:00); Saturday 3/10 at Xenonas Zacharaki, Tsapournia (18:00–20:00); Sunday 4/10 at Xenonas Zacharaki, Tsapournia (7:00–8:30). T-shirt included. Athletes must carry a personal hydration vessel (min 500ml) — no plastic bottles distributed on course. The race takes place within a Natura 2000 protected zone; littering is strictly prohibited. 2 aid stations at km 5 (Stani Tsakona) and km 7 (Ag. Nikolas). Time limit: 3 hours.
