Memorial run dedicated to the 95 people of Aigaleo killed in the Holocaust of 29 September 1944, co-organized by the Municipality of Aigaleo with local sports and cultural clubs. Start at Nikolaou Plastira and Smyrnis, at Eleftheriou Venizelou Square (Aigaleo Metro station), and finish on Nikolaou Plastira towards Smyrnis. The big loop is a proper tour of the city: Nikolaou Plastira, Karaiskaki, Dimarchiou, Iera Odos, Thivon, back on Iera Odos and through the Baroutadiko Grove, then Agiou Spyridonos, Iktinou, Edessis, Koritsas, Iera Odos, Salaminos, Kyparissias, Agias Marinas, Nestou, Megalou Alexandrou, Ierolochiton, Sofroniskou, Kosta Varnali, Thivon, Thessalonikis, Stefanou Sarafi and back via Iera Odos to Nikolaou Plastira. Categories for men and women: overall, 16-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Top 3 in each category get a trophy plus a gold, silver or bronze medal. Electronic timing for everyone on both courses. Commemorative medal for every participant. Free participation at your own responsibility. Limited number of participants, so don't leave it for the last minute. Registration only through the online form, no registrations on race day. If you show up without registering you can still run, but without timing and without a medal. Schools (primary, junior high and high schools) register through a representative, stating each student's age and school, and the school with the most participants gets a trophy.
