Start/finish at Elateia central square (180m elevation).
Max elevation 625m, +500m elevation gain.
8.2km trails, 3km forest roads, 1.4km asphalt.
Time limit: 3 hours.
3 aid stations.
Electronic timing by CHRONOLOG. Technical t-shirt and medal for all finishers.
Age 18+.
Bib pickup: Sat Feb 28 18:00-21:00, Sun Mar 1 06:30-08:45 at Elateia Community Center.
Trekking poles allowed from 2km.
